I have been doing business with Mr. Yoo and Best Building Service (BBS) since August, 1998, when he was awarded the janitorial contract for a new Highwoods Properties office building, Cool Spring I.

He continues to clean that building, as well as Cool Springs II, totaling over 359,000 square feel of Class A office space.
